We encourage you to read more about our clinical services to help you identify the clinicians who specialize in the area most appropriate to your patient’s issue. Please make sure to include relevant records for your patients.
After contacting our referring physician hotline (860-679-5555), our experienced support staff will return the call at the earliest opportunity and ask providers to undergo a brief phone screening. We may also request that information from past treatment be provided to help us find the specialist or consultant who can best help.
Most major insurance plans are accepted, and a sliding fee scale is also available for persons who are uninsured or have a limited ability to pay for treatment.
