We work closely with your other providers to ensure your treatment path is aligned with your condition and provide consultation on recommended therapies. If you are on or plan to go on biologic immunosuppressive therapy, we can consult with you and suggest a strategy to avoid complications. We also work closely with surgical colleagues to manage bone and joint infections.
We are also able to provide specialty pharmacy services. Through the Specialty Pharmacy, we can fill specialty medications prescribed to you by your healthcare team and dedicate a Specialty Pharmacy liaison to assist you. For mental and behavioral illnesses that may be seen in association with certain conditions, we refer patients to our Behavioral & Mental Health Specialties.
We accept self-referrals for HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and pre-international travel evaluations. Physician referrals are required for all other requests.
